Thinly sliced (2.2–2.5 mm) premium A5 Wagyu,
crafted for sukiyaki or hot pot.

Rich, delicate, and melts instantly —
perfect for sharing.


Thawing

Thaw in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours.
Avoid room temperature or water thawing.


Cooking

Lightly season with salt.
Sear over medium heat for about 10 seconds per side.

Do not overcook —
the goal is to gently melt the marbling.


Chef’s Tip

Wagyu fat melts at 24–28°C.
Cook briefly for the best texture.


Serving

Soy sauce & wasabi,
or salt, pepper, and a touch of lemon.


Storage

Keep frozen at −18°C or below.
