
Japanese Wagyu doesn’t have to be only for special occasions.
Sometimes we simply cook a small piece at home and share it.
I usually keep it very simple.
A hot pan, a little salt, and not much else.

Because Wagyu is rich, you don’t need a huge steak.
A few slices with rice and vegetables can be more than enough.
This is probably one of my favourite ways to enjoy Japanese Wagyu.
